Damn it I forgot to take a scale pic this morning! Well I did manage to get a few shots of my HRM totals last week :-)
Scale this morning read 173.8. I know I'm losing again, pounds and inches which is good...great! I've been hitting the weights and it sure makes a huge difference!

I don't want to create clutter so once I snap the pic of my logs for reference, they are history! I'll try to jot a few notes everyday but will only weigh in on Monday.
