Weigh day 2/6/12

*I wrote this yesterday and tried to post but BlogPress was acting janky! Happy to report I weighed this morning @ #178.8...read on...

Monday....sigh.

These are my workout totals for last week. Five sessions..Monday through Friday ..weights only except warm ups:

4 hours, 43 min, 58 seconds

2047 calories burned

This is a #399 calorie burn increase from the week prior! So here's where things got sketchy.

My weight this morning, a whopping #180.4!! This is a 5.4 gain from last Monday. You won't see a scale pic but I'm being straight up honest lol! This is THE heaviest I've been in over a year!

I didn't cry, pass out or get angry about the gain, let me tell you why. I have never consistently lifted weights primarily minus cardio. I've been lifting heavier than I ever have and I'm getting stronger. I haven't been eating as well as I should so the weight gain was inevitable.

Also last week was one of THE MOST DIFFICULT weeks I've had in a long time pertaining to workouts. I was in constant pain from soreness Tuesday through Saturday! Thursday being the worst of all! I wanted to quit this whole program and go back to what I've been doing. But something inside me keeps saying, finish the program! So I will finish it!

Here's my workout log for today:

I went shopping this weekend (again) I'll have to do a haul vlog, I bought a pair of white jeans that are FIRE! My size 10 still fits great despite the gain! Since I started this program on the 16th of January I'll share progress pics next week!

I was in so much pain last week I realize now that I only posted one

blog, I've got to do better! I've got a few things that I want to talk about this week anyway!

I did crossfit for 2 months and lost 1 lb. BUT check this out...I lost 9% body fat and 8 inches so like i said f*ck that scale...carry on!!
