Scale pic 12/1/11
There was a 0.6 gain in my weight from 11/1/11 to now! Okay I'm happy because I was able to pretty much maintain through the Thanksgiving holiday! Woot! Woot!
I do weigh myself weekly and I had gained but I stuck to my workouts and watched my portions.
I've got a little confession to make. Typically after my weigh day I've allowed myself to slack a bit. This is not happening anymore. I will continue to live and enjoy my weight loss success in moderation.
Next month marks 1 year of maintaining my 100+ pound loss! I want to do something special to celebrate but I'm not sure what? Any ideas from my peeps??
