I need to refocus!

What a wonderful weekend! The honey came from N.O. to spend time with me! This was also the first time that he met my girls. I am convinced that they now love him as much as I do! After living 2000 miles apart for the first year and a half of our relationship, it's comforting to know that he's only a car ride away now! Or even better, a 45 minute plane ride away!

Me and my sweetheart :-)

Tomorrow I weigh in for my monthly post. I'm thinking I need deserve a pass, I've only worked out once in the last two weeks! This is the longest break I've taken since I started my journey. Truth be told I needed this rest. With all things brand new in my life, I haven't been focused.

I need a moment to recharge and refocus my efforts. I'm still undecided about rejoining the YMCA in Houston or joining a gym? I chose the Y in Seattle because childcare is inclusive in the membership. Paying extra for childcare to workout isn't on my agenda!

Oh and as of today I am back to work (started my new job) after being off for three weeks. I'm thankful for the blessing of not having to start working right away when I arrived, but I was ready to get back to work.

My bank accounts are screaming for TLC after this relocation!

You both look so good together :)

I'm pleased the kids get on well with him. It must be so good to know that you're much closer to each other now.

Good luck with the new job. Hope it goes well :)

The distance made me appreciate what we have. It made us super close. It is nice to know that I can call and he can be here in a short amount of time. My girls have been bugging me to meet him for the longest time! I had to make sure he was seriously planning to stick around before I let that happen!

@ Tim- the first day at my new job was LONG but nice! Training is never really fun but the people are very welcoming.
