My body hurts! Hurts to sit down, hurts to stand, hurts to walk!
I guess it's safe to say that I am challenging myself again!! I haven't felt soreness like this in a very long time.
I'm all smiles :-)!! Tomorrow is my rest day and that's exactly what I'm going to do!

Drink water! Someone told me that helps with soreness.
I drink about 100 oz a day lol! I think I need to stretch!

@ Tim, usually I drink 16 oz after my morning workout before I leave the house. I have a 32 oz bottle that I fill up 3 times while I'm at work. I try to drink 2 bottles before noon, then use the rest of the afternoon to finish the 3rd. The weekend is a bit harder but I do get at least 64 oz minimum!
