Please excuse my early morning appearance, I made this video at 6 am :-). I'm working on becoming more comfortable speaking on camera...pray for me lol!
HEYYYYY!! Enjoyed the vlog.... It super weird looking into the camera talking...which is probably why I look cock-eyed but you did VERY well :-) I found that my food was easier for me to adjust to than the workouts...I just need to find a balance of both
